Krapi, established more than a hundred years ago, provided the surroundings for recently urbanized Finnish persons to have breathing moments and all inclusive awe-filled experiences.
Krapi has 15 conference rooms in Krapi and Onnela regions only 30 kilometers away from Helsinki. All the premises are private, spacious, and have their own personal style and character. The locations can be used for brainstorming in small groups, for large conferences or for celebrations up to two hundred persons in each place.
Your meeting is only interrupted to have lunch that is served in Krapihovi at the time of your preference. The story of Krapihovi’s kitchen is built upon seasonal changes and pure Finnish ingredients. In Krapihovi we serve a genuine, Finnish, hand-made setting. A delicious story from Finland. In summertime there are lunch options also in the summer-restaurant Mankeli.
In between, we take care of the cleanliness of your meeting room.
There are options and solutions for every need
The variation of our meeting rooms give you a plethora of options to match to different needs and moods. Whether it is a think tank, training-session, lecture, important meeting or a party with family and friends, Krapi’s palate gives you the solution designed for your requirements.
All different meeting rooms have got conference accessory that includes: a data projector/conference screen, built-in or portable sound system, flip chart or whiteboard, marker pens, note-taking equipment, standard office supply and WI-FI. lighting and performance stage. Some of the rooms also have a professional level sound system that can be modified to your needs.
Video projectors are included with VGA and HDMI connectors. We can also provide you other connectors and when booked in advance you can get conference speaker for video calls and online-meetings.
Krapi offers authentic Finnish banquet tables filled with hand-crafted food and care for this feast. These areas and moods can be altered to fit the desires and wishes of our guests.
The Onnela Banquet Hall and Krapin Paja allow for celebrations up to two hundred persons in each place.
Krapihovi, Krapi’s barns and the lakeside villa Impivaara offer more intimate personal options. Krapi Hotel may accommodate up two 150 persons.
The party host and their partners plan and deliver everything according to wishes. Decorations, programmes and table settings are all organised through our professional care.
The Onnela Banquet hall is customizable with many features, themes and even the very layout of the space. With the careful enhancement of lighting, we can enable colour palettes to create your desired ambience.
Finland’s top performers and artists are at your fingertips through us. Krapin Paja’s renowned Paja Band is second to none from early evening until late at night. Both stage and the stage’s technical setup are available for even the largest of spaces. An on-sight tech specialist will ensure that everything works properly.
A cosy park and serene shore landscape create endless possibilities. Imagine, in your mind’s eye, a wedding party with the background framed with the infamous rugged rock formation known as Sarvikallio, the very birthplace of Finnishness… a truly memorable experience.
